For communities and institutions

A digital solution for your task — by a team of veterans, students and mentors. A pilot at no cost to the community.

What we do for communities

A digital service for your task

Queue management, request tracking, a damage map, environmental monitoring — a team assembles a solution for your community’s specific need instead of selling a box.

A pilot in roughly 8–12 weeks

We frame the task, form a team of veterans, students and mentors and run a pilot on your site. You provide access to people and data; we provide the team and support.

No cost to the community at pilot stage

Pilots are funded by the programme’s grants and partnerships. Scaling is by social contracting or a community grant; terms are agreed before the start.

Open code, data owned by you

The pilot result is handed over with documentation. Licensing follows the NGO statute, no hidden fees.

How it works

  1. Application — describe the task and who will be responsible on the community side.
  2. Research (2 weeks) — interviews with staff and residents, scope agreed.
  3. Pilot (8–12 weeks) — the team works with your people, weekly demos.
  4. Handover — documentation, training, support plan.
  5. Scaling — social contracting, a grant or a joint project.

Who it is for

City, town and village councils, administrative service centres, municipal enterprises, social-service centres, hospitals and rehabilitation centres, regional administrations. Also veteran spaces and hubs that need digital tools.

Development follows export-control and sanctions screening (see NGO reporting).
